Week FIVE of our 6-Weeks-to-Summer-Challenge #MamasDoinWomanhood was all about getting out of our workout comfort-zone and feeling good on the outside. Spoiler - We & YOU crushed it this week! Every good habit added (attempted) counts! We lifted some heavy weights and re-energized ourselves.  Our next and final (!) task is to “Make Space” - what changes can you put in place that will allow you to make space for yourself?
